This is your chance to be a part of history and to help as we transform the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens into a world-class attraction. Our neo-tropical exhibit, Range of the Jaguar, is an incredible experience for visitors and animals alike. You can be a part of the excitement by purchasing a commemorative brick along the Zoo Loop walkway that leads visitors to this new exhibit.

These bricks are a great way to recognize children, grandchildren, marriages, and other special events, or a lasting memorial to a loved one. They're also unique gifts, and perfect for any occasion. Like the Snake Walkway that welcomes you to the Zoo, these bricks along the Zoo Loop will be part of the park for generations to come. Quantities are limited, so order yours today!

Ordering information:

The cost is $150.00 each. Mini-replica bricks, a smaller 3"x3" brick with the same inscription as your larger brick, may be purchased for $25.00.

• Each brick is 8"x 8" and can be inscribed with up to six lines of personalization with each line holding up to 20 characters, including spaces and punctuation.
• It takes approximately 8-10 weeks for them to be laid from the time of order.
• All text will be uppercase with a standard size font and style. Greek letters and other symbols not found on standard keyboards may not be used.
• Each line of text will be centered left to right.
• Messages engraved on the bricks may not be harmful to the Zoo or other people.

Commemorative Benches

Dedicate a bench in one of our seating areas along the Zoo Loop, our main circulation path.  A permanent recognition plaque will be mounted on you bench.  What a great way to show your support for the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens and at the same time, honor or make a lasting memorial to a loved one.

With its timeless appeal and classic design, the Wildlife Carousel is destined to become one of the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens most beloved attractions.  Designed by famed amusement company Chance Morgan, and featuring 34 of the animal kingdom’s most stunning specimens, the ride opened in March 2005.
